Vietnamese Coffee & Breakfast in Uluwatu
For Vietnamese coffee in Uluwatu — cà phê trứng (egg coffee), salted coffee and Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk — head to Thuy's House of Vietnamese on Jl. Labuan Sait, which also runs an all-day Vietnamese breakfast. For a Western-style brunch nearby, Analog in Bingin and Suka are both excellent.

1. Thuy's House of Vietnamese Our pick
The spot for Vietnamese coffee in Uluwatu — egg coffee, salted coffee, Vietnamese iced coffee and a coconut coffee frappé — plus a full espresso menu. The all-day Vietnamese breakfast (8am–2pm) runs congee, the Bò Né sizzling beef skillet, a breaky bánh mì and Thuy's famous yoghurt. Best for: Vietnamese coffee and a Vietnamese breakfast.
2. Analog — Bingin
A favourite for Western-style brunch and specialty coffee over in Bingin. Different style to Thuy's — go here for smashed-avo energy, go to Thuy's for egg coffee.
3. Suka
A popular breakfast spot just down the road, good for a casual morning. Western-leaning rather than Vietnamese.
